HUL Pureit Marvella REVIEW
There is no denying the fact that Marvella RO+UV has some of the most advanced features including the alert systems, the TDS Modulator, and a 6-Stage extensive purification process.
Storage Capacity: It has a 10-litre storage tank which is enough for a family of 10 people.
All these features make it one of the most desired water purifiers.
Customer service: Here is the problem. Many customers have noted their complaints against HUL Pureit, blaming it to be very careless towards the customer services.
The water recovery rate is also low at 25% only.
Maintenance: The maintenance cost is too high at Rs. 4000 which is more than any water purifier of its category.
If you check the Rating section, it has performed very poorly on ‘Durability’, ‘Cost’, and ‘Service’ section.
Also, the quality performance is not very appreciable, getting 7.5 out of 10 where the other water purifiers of the same category are performing way better than it on these perimeters.
What we have figured out is that this product is good at features and storage capacity but these are not the only factors to be kept in mind while spending your money over it.
You saw some of the perimeters where it was not up to the mark while there are others who are doing good at them.
So, we would recommend that if only the storage and features matter to you and not the after sale services, maintenance cost, etc. and you have a budget constraint of Rs. 15,000, then only you should go for Marvella RO+UV.
